FP&A Controller
FP&A Controller - Peripherals & Services Sub Business Units
Take the lead in driving planning and shaping senior-level decisions with strong financial insights!
At TD SYNNEX, we’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Controller to support our Peripherals and Services Sub Business Units (SBUs), while also providing wider FP&A support across the Endpoint organisation.
You will lead key planning cycles, deliver high-quality financial insights, and drive senior stakeholder influence through strong analysis and forward-looking financial modelling.
This role is about active partnership with the business, not just support—identifying opportunities and driving actionable insights.
About the Role
Proactive and commercially minded, this role demands strong financial leadership across planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will:
- Lead the AOP (Actual Operating Plan) and forecasting cycles for your SBUs, consolidating and challenging business submissions.
- Build and maintain forward-looking financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver insightful reporting, KPIs, and board-ready presentations.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Peripherals, Services, and wider business teams.
- Monitor and analyse working capital performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
Your contributions will drive data-driven strategy while shaping business outcomes.
About You
Professional Requirements
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Strong FP&A experience in a medium/large organisation.
- Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills with a proactive mindset.
- The ability to communicate confidently with senior leadership and influence decisions.
- Sapphire SAS mindset—detail-oriented, with strong Excel mastery.
- SAP/TM1 experience is a plus (but not essential).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
