Qualific ationsFully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with relevant post-qualification exper ience.Expe rienceProven FP&A experience within a complex, fast-moving organisation (gaming, tech, digital, or sp orts).Strong background in financial business partnering with senior non-finance stakeho lders.Experience owning budgets, forecasts, and performance management c ycles.Demonstrated experience managing and developing analysts or junior finance team me mbers.Skills & Compet enciesExcellent analytical capability with the ability to translate data into commercial in sight.Strong communication and influencing skills; able to challenge construct ively.Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills (experience with BI tools benefi cial).Organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in an evolving enviro nment.Des irableExperience in a global or international bus iness.Exposure to high-growth or digitally led businesses, ideally within sports or adjacent se
