About the role:
At Juniper, we’re looking for an experienced professional to lead our FPA team, partner with senior leaders and strengthen the financial insight that supports organizational performance.
You’ll lead three FP&A’s supporting our Residential, Community and Retirement Living portfolios, while directly supporting the Corporate portfolio. You’ll also help advance Juniper’s financial planning and reporting capability, including the continued development of our enterprise planning system, Prophix.

Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll lead the FP&A team and strengthen how Juniper plans, forecasts, reports and uses financial information to make decisions.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing the FP&A team supporting Residential, Community and Retirement Living.
- Supporting the Corporate portfolio, providing commercial advice, business partnering and financial insight.
- Leading the annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning.
- Delivering management reporting, financial analysis, business cases and executive insights.
- Developing financial models, scenarios and performance analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Leading the continued development of our enterprise planning system, Prophix, including planning models, workflows, reporting and system improvements.
- Improving reporting, automation and planning processes using Prophix, Power BI and Excel.
- Building trusted relationships with operational and executive leaders.
- Working with ICT and external partners to deliver system and reporting improvements.
- Strengthening governance, documentation and consistency across FP&A processes.

Key requirements:
You’re an experienced FP&A or commercial finance leader who combines strong financial capability with the ability to lead people, influence stakeholders and improve organizational performance.
You’ll bring:
- Experience leading an FP&A, management accounting or finance business-partnering function.
- Experience coaching and developing finance professionals.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management-reporting experience.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and providing commercial and strategic financial advice.
- Experience with Prophix or another enterprise planning and performance-management platform.
- Strong Excel capability and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Experience improving finance systems, reporting and planning processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, commerce or a related discipline.
- CIMA, CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification would be highly regarded.
