FP&A Lead | London | Hybrid Working

Ready to step into a career-defining finance role?

Keltbray is looking for an ambitious FP&A professional to partner directly with the CFO and help shape the future of a growing engineering and construction business as it continues its growth journey. This role has been positioned as an opportunity for someone looking to step up rather than an established Head of FP&A.

We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who can combine strong FP&A fundamentals with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and drive better decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities
  • Partner with the CFO and senior leadership team to provide commercial insight and analysis
  • Develop financial models and performance reporting across multiple business units
  • Drive reporting improvements, automation and data-driven decision making
  • Support strategic initiatives and business growth plans
  • Help shape the future finance capability of the organisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
