FP&A Lead | London | Hybrid Working
Ready to step into a career-defining finance role?
Keltbray is looking for an ambitious FP&A professional to partner directly with the CFO and help shape the future of a growing engineering and construction business as it continues its growth journey. This role has been positioned as an opportunity for someone looking to step up rather than an established Head of FP&A.
We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who can combine strong FP&A fundamentals with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and drive better decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities
- Partner with the CFO and senior leadership team to provide commercial insight and analysis
- Develop financial models and performance reporting across multiple business units
- Drive reporting improvements, automation and data-driven decision making
- Support strategic initiatives and business growth plans
- Help shape the future finance capability of the organisation

What We're Looking For
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering experience
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial models
- Exposure to Power BI, reporting platforms or finance transformation initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ambition to progress into a broader strategic finance leadership role
