FP&A Manager | Consulting | £70k–£80k plus bonus | Central London – Hybrid
Goodman Masson are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global consulting business, seeking a FP&A Manager to join their London finance team. This is a highly commercial role that will work closely with leadership, providing strategic insights and decision support to drive growth and profitability.
With significant private equity backing, the business is scaling rapidly across the UK and internationally. As part of this journey, finance functions as a true business partner, central to budgeting, forecasting, operational performance improvement, and critical investment support.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the group budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes.
- Build and refine robust financial models to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with department heads and non-finance stakeholders to enhance performance.
- Deliver commercial analysis, scenario planning, and profitability insights.
- Collaborate closely with the CFO to shape and execute growth initiatives.

Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA).
- Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and thrives in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
