About The Role

At Moonpig, we're looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join our UK Finance team and play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making across the business.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A UK, you'll partner closely with leaders across Commercial, Marketing and Operations, providing financial insight that helps shape trading performance, investment decisions and long-term planning. This is a highly visible role within a fast paced environment, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence strategic outcomes across the UK business.

You'll also lead and develop an FP&A Analyst while helping to drive continuous improvement across forecasting, reporting and planning processes.

With a an increased focus on finance as a strategic partner, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing broad experience across both trade and operations finance.

This is a hybrid role from our Farringdon office - 2 days a week on average (Tuesday and Thursday).

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the key Finance Business Partner for senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams Support trading and commercial performance through financial analysis, planning and actionable insights Own key elements of the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring plans are aligned with operational and commercial drivers Prepare monthly trading and performance reporting, including analysis, commentary and presentations for senior leadership and board-level audiences Deliver robust financial modelling, scenario analysis and business cases to support strategic and operational decision-making Partner with Operations leadership to provide financial support across operational performance, investments and efficiency initiatives Manage and develop an FP&A Analyst, providing coaching, support and oversight across operational finance activities Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Buying and Operations teams Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting and planning tools, including automation and scalability initiatives

About you:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with relevant post qualified experience (ideally 3+ years PQE) Strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience, including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across multiple business functions Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, including building models from scratch Experience delivering insightful reporting, business cases and scenario analysis to support decision-making Comfortable working at pace and managing competing priorities within a dynamic environment Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and non-financial information into clear recommendations Commercially minded with a proactive, curious and problem-solving approach Passion for continuous improvement, automation and driving efficiencies Experience managing and developing team members is beneficial Exposure to Operations, Logistics, Trade or Marketing finance environments would be advantageous
