FP&A Manager
The FP&A Manager will play a key role in overseeing financial planning and analysis activities. This role in Portsmouth requires a strong accounting and finance background to support strategic decision-making processes.

Description
As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the financial planning and budgeting process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and monitor financial forecasts.
- Analyse variances and trends to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
- Prepare financial models to evaluate business scenarios and investment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support the preparation of board-level presentations and reports.
- Manage and mentor a small team to deliver high-quality financial outputs.
