We are partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business to appoint an experienced Interim Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, for an initial 3 month period.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible role with responsibility for driving planning, forecasting, commercial decision support, and performance management across an international business. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will provide the financial insight and analysis needed to support strategic growth, operational performance, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities across multiple entities and regions
  • Develop and enhance financial models to support growth initiatives, investment decisions, and commercial strategy
  • Deliver insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Technology functions
  • Support strategic initiatives through scenario modelling, business planning, and M&A analysis
  • Prepare executive, investor, and board-level reporting packs
  • Drive improvements in FP&A processes, reporting capabilities, and forecasting accuracy
  • Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, ensuring quality analysis and effective business partnering

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven FP&A leadership experience within a SaaS, technology, or recurring revenue business
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities
  • Experience within a private equity-backed, high-growth, or transformational environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insight
  • Previous people management experience desirable
