YOUR IMPACT

As the FP&A Manager, you will drive climate action by:

  • Partnering closely with Executive Directors
  • Supporting commercial decision-making
  • Improving data flow, operational efficiency, and forecasting accuracy

Key responsibilities include:

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as a financial business partner to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Corporate Affairs & Impact Officer, supporting strategic decisions.
  • Develop and support annual and long-term financial planning, including budgets and forecasts—from Bookings to GAAP revenue modelling.
  • Produce scenario analysis and strategic commentary to inform decision-making.
  • Generate monthly group board reporting for executive oversight.
  • Lead weekly revenue pacing and flash financial updates, identifying margin and growth opportunities.
  • Support Go-To-Market modelling, funnel analysis, and Return on Investment (ROI) tracking.
  • Enhance reporting accuracy, visibility, and timeliness by implementing standardised reposting and automation.
  • Design and monitor effective KPIs to optimise performance and profitability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including the deployment of new IT reporting solutions (e.g., KPI dashboards in Power BI).
  • Conduct ad-hoc business analysis to address critical business questions.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • A qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
  • Proven experience with advanced analytical tools, including:
    • SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
    • Advanced Excel skills, including large data set management
  • Financial modelling and analytical expertise
  • Progressive experience in a financial business partnering, analytical, or accounting role
  • Strong financial planning & analysis (FP&A) background

  • Proactive, motivated, and forward-thinking with initiative to refine processes and reporting.
  • Highly organised, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex financial insights into clear, concise, and engaging messaging for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to:
    • Build collaborative relationships across teams.
    • Influence key stakeholders to align on strategic priorities.
