I am partnered with a PE backed B2B Software business who are looking for a FP&A Manager for a 12 month FTC to lead the FP&A function.

The business are experiencing success with their platform, partnering with businesses globally and are excelling with strong YoY growth. As the FP&A Manager, you will manage a Junior Analyst and support the CFO in providing insights to aid strategic decision making as well as exposure to investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the long-term business plan and lead on the annual budgeting process
  • Provide financial insights and commercial reporting to understand business performance, identifying risks and opportunities in the market and how to optimise revenue
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, building the monthly financial packs (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow) with variance analysis and KPI reporting
  • Build financial models and create insightful dashboards for the CFO, Exec team and PE investors

About You:

  • ACA/CIMA/CAANZ/CA qualified with experience working in a PE backed tech/software/SaaS business
  • Previous experience leading a FP&A function
  • Able to build robust financial models and dashboard reporting
  • Experienced in delivering the long-term business plan
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Immediately available or within a 1-week notice period
