Day-to-day, you will:

  • Review financial reports, including profit and loss statements, during monthly close, planning and forecasting cycles, making sure information is accurate and complete.
  • Identify ways to improve reporting so it is simpler, more consistent and easier to understand.
  • Analyse cost performance and explain what is driving changes, helping others understand the impact on the business.
  • Work closely with finance teams and business partners to share insight and support decision making.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills, including working with data and building reports.
  • Confidence to question current processes and suggest improvements.
  • Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
