About Stream

Stream is on a mission to bring better financial wellbeing to frontline workers.

We’re a scale-up fintech company backed by leading financial charities and impact investors. Our product is a financial wellbeing super-app serving over 3 million employees across global partners like Bupa, Burger King, Greene King, and the NHS.

Everybody should have fair and flexible access to financial services. Our social charter means every product we build reduces the £5.6bn ‘premium’ lower-income earners pay for financial services annually.

We’re a fast-growing, collaborative team of over 300 based across Europe and the USA. We combine strategic ambition with a social mission.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Senior Analyst to join our Strategic Finance team.

This is your chance to move into a hands-on, strategic finance role, shaping the financial trajectory of an innovative mission-driven company.

The Team

You’ll join a high-performing Strategic Finance group of:

  • VP of Strategic Finance
  • FP&A Manager
  • Senior Business Analyst
  • Treasury Manager

Our team is focused on proactivity, collaboration, and exceptional outcomes. You’ll work closely with the Core Finance team and have deep visibility with the CFO, Co-founders, and Executive Committee.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
