Role: Firmware/FPGA Engineer

Location: Bristol (2/3 days onsite)
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 pa
Required: SC Clearable

Key Responsibilities:

  • VHDL development
  • FPGA simulation & testing
  • Work in a group of Electronics & Embedded Software Engineers
  • Review existing code and develop new solutions

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with FPGA Design and Development
  • Experience with VHDL or Verilog
  • Experience with implementing FPGA interfaces including (PCIe, DDR, SPI, I2C, ADC’s and DAC’s)
  • Degree in Electronics or another relevant discipline

Beneficial Skills/Experience:

  • Embedded Software (Embedded C/C++)
  • Experience with PCB Design and Layout software/tools
