FRA Carpenter – Site-Based Role (Worcester)
Location: Site-based within Worcester
Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 39 hours per week
A exciting opportunity for a FRA Carpenter to join Novus Property Solutions’ Planned Works Team, delivering high-quality fire door installation and remedial works in social housing tenanted properties.
This role will support your skills, long-term stability, and professional growth while ensuring your work remains interesting and meaningful.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation of fire doors and execution of remedial works in a social housing setting
- Previous experience in social housing (including engagement with tenants) is desirable
- Ability to operate from job tickets or handheld devices daily
- Collaboration with cross-functional trades and contract teams, while managing own workload efficiently
- Successful candidates may be asked to undertake a skills test (e.g., fire door installation)
- Strict adherence to Novus’ health and safety standards
- Essential: Full UK driving licence required
- Role is subject to DBS check
