Location: Site based within Gloucester

Standard Hours: Monday– Friday 39 hours


This is an exciting opportunity for a FRA Carpenter to join Novus Property Solutions, planned works team providing high-quality Fire Door installation and remedial works within Social Housing tenanted properties

This role will support you, value your skills, give you stability, whilst keeping your work interesting and meaningful.

An Outline Of Your Responsibilities And Experience

  • Installation of fire doors and completion of remedial works within a social housing environment
  • Previous experience in social housing, including working directly with tenants, is desirable
  • Ability to work from job tickets or handheld devices on a daily basis
  • Work collaboratively with other trades and the wider site or contract team, while managing your own workload effectively
  • Successful candidates may be required to complete a skills test, including the installation of a fire door
  • Adhere to Novus’ high standards of health and safety at all times
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • This role is subject to a DBS check
