Cosro Group Limited is a growing company specialising in fire safety and compliance services across the UK. We are looking for an experienced FRA Planner / Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in scheduling and coordinating Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with previous experience in planning and coordinating FRA projects within the fire safety sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and coordinate Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works.
- Liaise with clients, surveyors, contractors and internal teams to ensure works are completed efficiently.
- Manage engineers' diaries and allocate appointments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Update internal systems with accurate job information and documentation.
- Resolve scheduling issues and respond promptly to client enquiries.
- Produce reports and maintain compliance records.
- Ensure all work is delivered in line with company procedures and client expectations.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience coordinating or planning Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works is essential.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.

- Experience within fire safety, compliance, social housing or property maintenance.
- Knowledge of passive fire protection or wider compliance services.
