Company Description

reFIT is a seed-stage London startup that raised ~$1.3M from Clearance Venture Partners to transform underutilised commercial real estate into premium, tech-enabled wellness amenities.

Job Description

As Fractional CFO at reFIT, you will partner directly with founder Stefan Duda (ex-CBRE) to build a robust financial engine for scaling. You'll oversee financial modeling, manage runway, and spearhead fundraising preparations for a Series A raise as the company expands its footprint across the UK and international markets.

Location

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Partner directly with a founder who previously launched Industrious UK and led operations at CBRE to reshape commercial real estate.
  • Backed by ~$1.3M from Clearance Venture Partners, reFIT is uniquely positioned at the intersection of wellness and property technology.
  • High-impact opportunity to build a finance function from the ground up and drive the strategy for a Series A fundraise.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain complex financial models to simulate growth scenarios, profitability paths, and the impact of equipment-as-a-service offerings.
  • Support the Series A fundraising process by preparing financial materials, managing due diligence, and crafting a credible narrative for investors.
  • Establish rigorous budget tracking, cash flow forecasting, and margin analysis across the UK and Ireland portfolio to ensure financial discipline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
