Are you ready to scale globally and establish world-class people strategy? The Talent Lever's client is a high-growth scale-up reinventing an entire industry and seeking an exceptional Fractional Chief People Officer based in London.
About the Role
This Chief People Officer role is critical to the organization's next phase of growth and scale. You'll set and own the people and culture strategy for the organisation. You'll sit on the leadership team as a peer who shapes the business, not just supports it. You'll build the systems, the bench and the standard that let the company scale well.

What You'll Bring
- 15+ years in HR including time at VP level with full-function ownership
- Set and led people strategy across full employee lifecycle at scale
- Strong org design, leadership development, succession planning and total rewards
- Led through change: restructuring, M&A integration, rapid scaling or transformation
- Board-ready: hold commercial conversation and present people strategy as business strategy
- Deep grounding in EU and regional employment law and corporate governance
- Build and develop senior HR teams, grow leaders
