Fractional E-commerce & Marketing Manager
Up to £250 per day – Dependant on Experience
Initially 1 day per week with the potential to extend to 2
South-East London Office
About the Role
Our Client is an internationally recognised design-led luxury Menswear fashion brand. Renowned for elevated tailoring and a contemporary aesthetic.
You will lead the e-commerce strategy and day-to-day execution, initially 1 day per week. You will be responsible for driving online sales growth by improving customer acquisition, conversion and retention, and for keeping the Shopify store running smoothly.
This role suits someone with an entrepreneurial approach who enjoys working within a small, dynamic team and is comfortable managing a brand's online presence independently within limited hours. Working directly with the founder this is a opportunity to shape the brand’s Ecom strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of online trading, defining and delivering against sales objectives.
- Manage and update the Shopify store directly, including product uploads, merchandising, page edits, content changes and general site maintenance.
- Develop and oversee the user and customer experience to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage the CRM programme, developing data-driven strategies for growth.
- Develop and oversee online marketing activity, including paid search, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, retargeting and analytics.
- Lead website development projects and continuously monitor site performance, flagging issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the design and product teams to align on collections, drops and key selling dates, ensuring the right assortment is live at the right time.
- Ensure timely upload of new products, assets and content, with accurate weekly merchandising and preparation for campaigns.
- Work with the wider team to ensure coherence of branding, design and content online.
- Provide regular reporting on customer and website performance, with clear action plans.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the online store, maintaining a strong working knowledge of Shopify's functionality and integrations.
- Manage the relationship with the third-party warehouse, ensuring good communication and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee customer service and help develop a clientele programme.
- Provide expertise on e-commerce best practice and identify new opportunities for the business.
- Oversee Ecommerce intern.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar e-commerce role, with hands-on Shopify experience essential.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and a customer-centred approach.
- Experience with CRM and email marketing, including flows and segmentation.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Advanced Excel and Google Analytics skills.

- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- A mix of experience with founder led and bigger corporate structures is desirable.
- A personal taste in fashion particular interest in menswear fashion and trends.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Data & Compliance driven.
- Passion for online retail and customer experience.
- Eye for detail.
- Comfortable working on a fractional basis (1-2 days per week), balancing this role alongside other commitments.
