Fractional Head of Talent & Creator

Part-Time (3–4 Days Per Week) | Hybrid – Manchester

We’re partnering with a leading creative agency at the intersection of sport, gaming, and entertainment to find a Fractional Head of Talent & Creator to lead one of their most strategically important functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Talent, Creator, Influencer, or Partnerships leader who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams.

This role is less about pure commercial leadership and more about being an exceptional people leader – someone who can bring clarity, structure, and confidence to an already high-potential team.

The Opportunity

The Talent & Creator function sits at the heart of the agency’s work, delivering culturally relevant campaigns across some of the biggest names in sport, gaming, and entertainment.

As the agency enters an exciting new phase of growth, they’re looking for a senior leader to help strengthen the function by improving:

  • Team structure and ways of working
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Delivery standards and accountability
  • Team confidence, development, and leadership rhythm

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
