A Message from the Founder: A Personal Letter

Dear Candidate,

Fifty years ago I began my engineering career working at sea. Since then I have built automation systems throughout Europe, helped establish a robotics business that grew to approximately £50 million in annual turnover and spent decades solving complex engineering problems. Today I believe I have built something that has the potential to transform the way people design their homes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Wall Shop isn't another furniture company. It isn't another AV installer. It isn't another smart home business. We've developed a completely new product category.

Factory-built Smart Walls. Beautiful: Precision engineered: Installed in hours.

Now I need someone capable of building the brand this product deserves. This is not simply another marketing position. It is an opportunity to create one of the UK's most recognised home improvement brands.

If that excites you, I'd like to meet you.

The Problem

Most home renovations suffer from:

  • Months of disruption.
  • Multiple contractors.
  • Dust.
  • Electrical work in multiple stages.
  • Joinery at the risk of the skillset of the tradesman.
  • Plastering and Decorating.
  • Hidden costs.

Customers can spend £10,000–£40,000 creating media walls. Yet the process remains slow and fragmented.

Our Solution

Offer clients a range of solutions from a very detailed website. Show a client the proposed solution. Then: Factory Built, Delivered, Installed, and completed in Hours.
