Role Description
The Fractional Marketing Manager will support multiple client engagements, designing and executing marketing strategies that align with each organization’s growth goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves collaborating with client stakeholders to understand their challenges, advising on best practices, and ensuring that marketing activities integrate with wider business improvement programmes.
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in London, with regular in-person meetings and some flexibility for work from home.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, with experience tailoring approaches to different industries.
- Competence in digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, content, paid media) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to translate business objectives into clear marketing roadmaps and performance metrics, including ROI and lead generation targets.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships, facilitating workshops or consultations, and communicating complex ideas clearly.
- Proven track record of working in a fractional, consulting, or multi-client environment, prioritizing and organizing work across projects.
- Comfort with hybrid working, including onsite collaboration in London and remote work, with strong self-management and reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in government-funded programmes, professional services, or growth advisory is an advantage.
