Are you a sales leader who loves fixing things, building things and transforming commercial performance?
Kiss The Fish Limited is looking for experienced freelance Fractional Sales Directors to work with ambitious SMEs and growth businesses that need senior sales leadership, but not necessarily on a part-time - fractional- basis.
This is not a consultancy role for career advisors.
We're looking for proven operators who have built teams, improved sales performance, increased revenue and know how to turn commercial chaos into predictable growth.
What You'll Do
As a Fractional Sales Director, you'll work directly with business owners, CEOs and leadership teams to:
- Assess and improve sales performance
- Build scalable sales processes
- Create predictable pipeline generation
- Improve forecasting accuracy
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- Develop sales strategies and go-to-market plans
- Recruit and develop sales talent
- Coach sales teams and sales managers
- Improve win rates and conversion metrics
- Implement CRM best practices and reporting
- Create sales playbooks and operating frameworks
- Drive accountability, consistency and commercial discipline

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Min 15 years in senior sales leadership role - preferably Board level
- Proven experience leading sales teams
- Strong track record of revenue growth
- Experience in B2B sales environments
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with and advising CEOs, Founders and Boards
- Strong coaching and mentoring capability
- Commercially minded and data-driven
Highly Desirable
- Previous experience as a Sales Director, CRO, VP Sales or Commercial Director
- Experience working with SMEs and scale-up businesses
- Business transformation or turnaround experience
- Experience implementing CRM and sales methodologies
- Consulting or fractional leadership experience
