About the company
Stax is working with a fast growing, well funded AI startup building autonomous "virtual agents" that complete complex operational workflows end to end, directly inside customer tools, with no integration overhead and no upfront cost. They are already live with recognisable enterprise and consumer brands, focused today on commercial insurance, marketplaces and primary healthcare. The business has closed a strong Series A and is backed by top tier AI focused investors.
About the role
They need an experienced product leader to join on a fractional or contract basis while they scope a permanent Lead / Director hire. This is a hands on role for someone who can step in fast and bring structure, pace and judgement to a product function that is scaling quickly.

What you'll own
- Product strategy and roadmap for a live, revenue generating platform
- Onboarding, human in the loop and customer success workflows
- Close partnership with engineering and AI research on real architecture trade offs
- Building the foundations and processes a growing product function needs
What we're looking for
- Senior product leadership experience at a B2B startup or scale up, ideally as one of the first product leaders in the business
- A track record taking AI or technically complex products from early traction to meaningful scale
- Genuine comfort owning the full customer facing motion, not just the roadmap
- Strong technical fluency, able to hold your own with engineers and researchers on system design trade offs
- Regulated B2B market experience (insurance, fintech, healthtech, legal tech) is a strong plus
- Availability for a fractional or contract engagement, hybrid in London

The Contract
- 3 month minimum Contract/Fractional
