Use your fragrance knowledge to inspire guests, create memorable moments and sell in a retail environment unlike anywhere on land.
We’re looking for Fragrance Sales Specialists to join our onboard retail teams, working on cruise ships around the world.
About the Role
This role is for someone who can do more than point a guest towards a best-seller. You’ll know how to start a conversation through scent, ask the right questions, and help guests find a fragrance that feels personal, whether they are choosing a signature scent, buying a gift or discovering something new while on holiday.
Onboard cruise retail has a different rhythm to the high street. Guests are relaxed, curious and often open to trying something they may not have considered before. You’ll use that energy to create engaging product moments, bring fragrance stories to life and turn browsing into confident purchases.
You’ll live and work at sea as part of a close-knit team, meeting guests from across the world and helping to create a boutique experience that feels warm, lively and memorable.
About Harding+
Harding+ is a leading cruise retail business, working with cruise line partners and brand partners to make every cruise better. Our onboard boutiques offer guests a carefully selected range across fragrance, beauty, fashion, jewellery, watches, liquor, confectionery and logo products.
We are proud to have been recognised as Cruise Retailer of the Year in 2022, 2023 and 2025, reflecting our focus on excellent service, strong brand partnerships and memorable guest experiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
