Help shape the future of one of the UK's leading commercial law firms. A highly regarded national commercial law firm is looking for an organised, proactive and relationship-focused Framework & Client Relationships Executive to join its growing Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, building strong internal relationships and playing a key role in winning and retaining high-value client work.

The successful candidate will support the management and development of the firm's extensive portfolio of legal frameworks and client panels, which span sectors including local and central government, housing, healthcare, higher education and financial services. These frameworks are central to the firm's continued success, making this a highly visible role with genuine business impact.

The Role

Working closely with the Senior Framework Manager, legal teams, business services colleagues and the bids function, the Framework Executive will help ensure that framework appointments are managed efficiently, reporting obligations are met, and renewal opportunities are maximised.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of legal frameworks and client panels.
  • Producing monthly management information, social value and value-added service reports.
  • Coordinating framework-related events, training programmes and communications.
  • Maintaining framework information across CRM and tender management systems.
  • Developing effective document management processes and ensuring information is easily accessible.
  • Responding to internal framework queries from lawyers and business services teams.
  • Working alongside the bids team to identify upcoming framework renewals and new opportunities.
  • Assisting with reporting and data preparation for internal governance and strategic planning meetings.
  • Helping to drive continuous improvement by identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
