MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Framework Manager for our client, a leading construction contractor with an established presence across the UK and Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing and growing the company's public sector framework portfolio while supporting the delivery of major projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the public sector framework portfolio
- Build strong relationships with framework providers and clients
- Coordinate framework activity across bid, commercial and operational teams
- Monitor framework performance, pipeline opportunities and KPIs
- Support framework submissions and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with framework agreements and procurement regulations

About You
- Experience in framework management, bid management or business development within construction
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement and frameworks
- Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Degree qualified in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline
- Willing to travel across the UK as required
