What you’ll do

We’re looking for a Frameworks Coordinator to join our Marketing & Client Development team, based in Exeter.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our lawyers and business support teams to ensure we deliver on our commitments across our client framework appointments. These frameworks form a key part of how we support our public sector and housing clients, providing them with access to trusted legal services.

You’ll take ownership of the full framework lifecycle, from implementation and governance through to ongoing management, utilisation and review. This will involve ensuring frameworks are used effectively across the firm, in line with their requirements, and that colleagues are supported with clear guidance and processes.

You will act as the central point of contact for framework management, building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and client-side operators. You’ll lead on reporting, compliance and performance tracking, ensuring all obligations are met accurately and on time.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across Client Development, Finance, Risk and wider teams, you’ll help drive activity and maximise opportunities within frameworks, including supporting approaches to mini-competitions and broader client development initiatives. You’ll also oversee the development of central resources, including guidance materials, intranet content and toolkits, to ensure teams can confidently navigate and utilise frameworks.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a key area of the firm’s growth strategy and play a central role in supporting how we manage and develop important client relationships.

Who you are

You bring experience from a professional services or B2B environment and have the confidence to work closely with partners and other senior stakeholders. You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, where you can build strong relationships and influence effectively across the firm.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You are highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership of complex, process-driven work. You’re confident handling procedural and compliance-led activity, taking a structured, proactive, and detail-focused approach.

You have strong IT skills and are comfortable working with data, systems, and reporting. You take pride in accuracy and are always looking for ways to improve processes and how information is managed and shared.

A confident communicator, you present information clearly, provide direction where needed, and engage effectively with colleagues at all levels, including senior stakeholders. You take a collaborative approach but are equally comfortable taking ownership and driving things forward.

Above all, you act professionally and ethically at all times, with a clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality and trust when working with colleagues and clients.
