Franchise Business Development Manager

As a Franchise Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in working with our Partners to drive sustainability and growth in their area by achieving and exceeding area profitability. This role requires an individual who can:

  • Build and maintain great relationships

Responsibilities

Recruit the best:

  • Develop and maintain a robust network to attract top talent into Greene King’s franchise concept.
  • Champion the franchise vision and ensure smooth onboarding.

Partner for success:

  • Collaborate closely with self-employed Partner Operators to refine and implement growth strategies within the Partnership framework.

Drive performance:

    • Team meetings

Manage with precision:

  • Oversee contractual obligations with Partner Operators, taking decisive and timely action to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Data-driven insight:

  • Capable of analysing data to reveal meaningful trends and create actionable plans.

Passion for pubs:

  • Deep affinity for the pub culture, ideally with extensive experience in Leisure & Hospitality, particularly in multi-site or field-based roles.

Exceptional communication:

  • Strong comunication, influencing, and networking skills to foster resilient relationships with stakeholders.
