The Opportunity
As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers, solving problems for them and ensuring they have everything they need.
A Typical Day at Regus
- Arrive 15 minutes before your centre opens to make sure everything is ready and check for any missed items by cleaners
- Handle customer requests:
- Issue changes like WiFi codes
- Check on delivery packages
- Provide directions to meeting rooms
- assist with technology setup (projection)
- Take catering orders
- Sort through mail while addressing a variety of new customer requests
- Follow up with previous customers (e.g., emailing to notify them of awaiting packages)

Lunch follows these activities
- From early afternoon:
- Meet with the Community Manager to plan networking events for the following week
- Design, draft, and print event invites and posters for noticeboards
When the day comes to a close:
- Politely guide users in meeting rooms 3 to end discussions
- Recommend nearby restaurants for continued collaboration
- Ensure centre tidiness before leaving
