The Franchise Marketing Manager position is an exciting opportunity to lead our marketing agenda for Beverages in Ireland, working with Carlsberg Britvic and the UK team to deliver and execute plans in line with AOP. The role reports into the UK&I CMO, working closely with the commercial teams to ensure delivery. The role comes with two direct reports and spans our full beverages portfolio, including Pepsi, 7up, Lipton, Poppi and Gatorade.
Responsibilities
Lead Ireland Brand Strategy and Brand Plan development for the Beverages portfolio, leveraging and aligning to the UK & International Beverages Team’s global strategy. Understand key How to Win and Demand Space data to help position and grow. Localise BGS & JTBD bespoke to IRE market. Develop the end to end marketing plans for Beverages portfolio including the development of the Innovation Strategy. Collaborate with IB to ensure plans are in-line with the global playbook and leverage learnings, creative and innovation pipe where feasible. Collaborate with Carlsberg Britvic to ensure our plans are developed E2E and executed flawlessly in the customer landscape. Work with our AFH teams to help develop a key growth channel. Ensure we are developing local influencer and digital programmes aligned to PEP best practice. Work with the UK Marketing team to ensure shared learnings and programs across Ireland. Management & Development of 2 direct reports.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent. Proven years of relevant job experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG. Strong understanding of consumer & how to leverage consumer insight. Strong senior stakeholder leadership skills – the ability to lead through ambiguity. Strong commercial project leadership skills, ideally with Shopper or Trade Marketing experience. Experience in bringing innovations into the market. Leadership & Coaching skills. Expertise in MS Office Applications. Strong strategic and analytical skills and drive for success. Strong capabilities of managing competing priorities within a complex, fast paced environment / resilience. Why Join Us?
