Franchise Partner / Contract Recruiter - Healthcare
📍 United Kingdom | Remote / Flexible 🏥 UK Private Healthcare Recruitment
đź“„ Franchise Partner Model | Contract Recruitment Focus
Join an existing healthcare recruitment franchise with established market knowledge, support, infrastructure, and active contract recruitment activity already in place. We are looking for a commercially driven Contract Recruiter to join an existing healthcare division operating within the UK private healthcare sector. This opportunity suits recruiters who want more flexibility, autonomy, and financial upside, but who would prefer to join an established market rather than launch a standalone desk from day one.
The Opportunity
You will work alongside an experienced Lead Franchisee with existing market understanding, client relationships, and sector knowledge.
You will still be expected to:
- Develop business and build relationships
- Manage contract recruitment processes end-to-end
- Work closely with healthcare clients and candidates
- Deliver contract placements and grow recurring revenue
The difference is that you will be operating inside a market that is already active, supported, and understood.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
