Role Description
This is a full-time UK remote Freelance 3D Generalist role with a profit share compensation structure. The 3D Generalist will create and refine 3D assets in Blender, create texture maps using Substance Painter, and have at least a basic knowledge in using Unreal Engine.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with designers and developers to define visual requirements
- Iterating on assets based on feedback
- Ensuring that models are optimized for performance and integration into game engines
- Maintaining consistent visual style across projects
- Documenting workflows
- Contributing ideas to improve pipelines, tools, and overall player experience
The person in this role will work closely with a distributed team, communicating progress regularly and meeting agreed-upon milestones.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling and asset creation.
- Experience with texturing and lighting to achieve cohesive, game-ready visuals.
- Understanding of game asset optimization and integration into Unreal Engine.
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment with clear communication and feedback cycles.
- Portfolio demonstrating 3D work relevant to games or interactive experiences.
- Self-directed work style, reliable time management, and ability to meet deadlines under a profit share model.
