Freelance Account Manager (Immediate Start)

Day Rate: Competitive (DOE)
Contract: Freelance / Contract (Immediate Start)
Hours: Full-time (09:30–17:30 Monday–Friday)
Location: Hybrid - London (with regular office attendance in North London)

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Freelance Account Manager to join our Agency Team on a contract basis, starting as soon as possible.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can quickly integrate into a fast-paced agency environment and confidently manage influencer marketing campaigns from briefing through to reporting. You'll work closely with our clients, creators, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal onboarding and become an extension of our team from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients and become their day-to-day contact.
  • Manage client communications confidently and proactively.
  • Provide exceptional client service throughout every campaign.
  • Keep clients informed on campaign progress and proactively manage expectations.

Campaign Delivery

  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns from briefing through to completion.
  • Coordinate influencer selection, negotiations, timelines, contracts and deliverables.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent, Strategy, Creative, Operations and Finance teams.

Reporting & Performance

  • Monitor campaign performance throughout delivery.
  • Produce campaign reports and post-campaign analysis.
  • Identify learnings and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
  • Ensure all reporting is accurate, insightful and delivered on time.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across a varied client portfolio.
  • Keep internal teams aligned and projects moving efficiently.
  • Identify potential risks early and provide practical solutions.
  • Maintain excellent organisation and attention to detail across all workstreams.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in influencer marketing, social media or creative account management.
  • Previous influencer marketing agency experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Confident managing multiple clients and fast-moving deadlines.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider team.
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
  • Available to start immediately or within one week.
