The role
We are seeking an experienced AI Workflow Consultant and Corporate Trainer to deliver practical AI programmes for business clients.
You will work with managers and employees to understand their needs, tailor approved SmartAI materials, and lead interactive sessions that turn AI concepts into useful workplace applications.
This is a client-facing associate role suited to someone who combines practical AI knowledge with confident facilitation, commercial awareness, and excellent communication.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online AI training for business teams
- Understand client needs and adapt approved materials appropriately
- Explain AI tools and concepts in clear, practical language
- Facilitate discussions, exercises, and workplace use cases
- Help participants apply AI safely and responsibly
- Provide constructive feedback and implementation guidance
- Represent SmartAI professionally in client meetings
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and SmartAI materials
- Provide brief feedback following completed assignments

What we are looking for
- Experience delivering corporate training, workshops, or professional learning
- Strong practical understanding of generative AI and workplace AI tools
- Ability to connect AI capabilities with real business activities
- Confident communication with employees, managers, and senior stakeholders
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong presentation and group facilitation skills
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Awareness of data protection, confidentiality, and responsible AI use
- Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment
Particularly relevant backgrounds
- AI adoption or digital transformation consulting
- Corporate learning and development
- Business process or workflow improvement
- Particularly within Sales, or HR/Recruitment, or a Business operations environment
- Change management and technology adoption
- AI productivity training
- Management consulting with strong facilitation experience
Technical development experience can be valuable, but this is not primarily an AI engineering role. The ability to help non-technical business users understand and apply AI is essential.

Contract arrangement
This is a flexible, project-based contract rather than a fixed-hours position. Assignments are agreed individually based on availability, client requirements, and relevant experience.
Most delivery is expected to take place remotely. Occasional UK-based client delivery may become available and would be agreed separately, including appropriate travel arrangements.
Successful applicants will receive access to SmartAI delivery materials and guidance before representing the company with clients.
