Job Description

We’re looking for an Animation Producer with at least 3 years of short-form/long-form animation production experience, ideally with knowledge of stop-motion animation. We’re looking for someone to hit the ground running in the planning and managing of our production shoots ranging from commercials to 3 minute episodes.

This is an exciting position, within a fast-paced indie studio, we’re on the hunt for a producer well versed in ‘Flow/ShotGrid’. The Producers are the key link between our creative team and our clients and are the driving force ensuring the successful delivery of animation projects on budget and on time. We’re based down by the sea so need someone who can be on the studio floor.

So… please get in touch if you have any questions or want to know more about us.

What we’d like you to be doing

  • Partnering with our existing Producers and Directors during pitches and pre-production meetings.
  • Coordinate the shoot and Post Production using ‘Flow/ShotGrid’.
  • Manage incoming briefs/proposals, preparing budgets and schedules, and client/agency communications.
  • Recruitment and management of freelance creative crew working on a project-by-project basis.
  • Ensure production requirements are fully communicated to all creative staff and are adhered to during production.
  • Ensure productions are delivered with all assets, including all versions checked for quality control.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
