Job Description
This role involves creating a visually compelling 2D animated music video for an underground hip-hop track, drawing inspiration from the grounded, stoic anime style of adult Thorfinn in Vinland Saga Season 2. The project requires a creative approach that balances key animated moments, illustrated sequences, camera movement, and effects to deliver a strong narrative and visual impact within a tight deadline.
The final deliverable must be a 2:13 video, fully synced to the provided track, with all artwork and backgrounds handmade—no AI-generated content permitted. The animation should be suitable for YouTube and social media, with commercial rights included. Delivery is urgent, with a 3–4 week turnaround preferred.

- Final video delivered in 1080p or higher MP4 format
- Sync video precisely to the provided hip-hop track

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
