Project London is hiring an immediately available Part 2 Architectural Assistant or Architect/Technologist/Technician to join our innovative, award-winning studio.

Specialising in high-end residential projects, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results tailored to the needs of our discerning clients. With a strong pipeline of exciting work, we’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented individual to join our team on a freelance basis with potential for continued ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare client presentation documents and design packages
  • Create architectural plans, technical drawings, and detailed schedules of materials and finishes
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and the internal design team
  • Organise and prioritise tasks across multiple projects to meet deadlines

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • A minimum of three years’ industry experience (ideally in high-end residential)
  • High proficiency in Vectorworks (2D)
  • Skilled in Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong experience across all RIBA stages, particularly in luxury residential projects
  • Excellent creative and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English
  • A meticulous, process-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Solid, up-to-date knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • The ability to attend 3x office days per week (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays) at our Parsons Green office
