About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Freelance B2B LinkedIn & Content Marketing Specialist to help grow WorkSpa's presence as a leading voice in workplace wellbeing.

Working closely with our Founder and Marketing Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a LinkedIn-first content strategy that builds brand awareness, strengthens our thought leadership and generates meaningful conversations with HR, People, Wellbeing and senior business leaders.

The role is approximately 80% LinkedIn and 20% Instagram, with a strong focus on repurposing podcasts, webinars, events and industry insights into engaging, high-quality content.

This is a long-term freelance opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with a growing business and wants to make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a monthly LinkedIn content strategy and editorial calendar.
  • Write engaging content for both the WorkSpa company page and our Founder's LinkedIn profile.
  • Repurpose podcasts, webinars, events and articles into high-performing LinkedIn content.
  • Create simple branded graphics and carousel posts using Canva.
  • Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Engage with our online community and support meaningful conversations.
  • Monitor content performance and use analytics to continually improve engagement and reach.
  • Stay up to date with LinkedIn trends, algorithm updates and B2B marketing best practices.
  • Work closely with our Marketing Strategist to ensure all content supports our wider marketing and business development goals.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who understands that successful LinkedIn marketing is about far more than scheduling posts.

You should know how to create content that builds trust, positions a business as an industry expert and supports long-term lead generation.

Essential

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn marketing for B2B organisations.
  • Experience creating founder-led thought leadership content.
  • Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience planning and managing content calendars.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and optimise content based on audience insights.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team.

Desirable

  • Experience within workplace wellbeing, HR, learning & development, healthcare or professional services.
  • Canva design skills.
  • Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).
  • HubSpot or CRM experience.
  • Email marketing or SEO knowledge.
