Job Description
We are looking for a London-based freelance professional to support us with the promotion of our upcoming B2B Sales Workshop in London, taking place in early November.
The workshop will bring together selected Greek tourism businesses and destinations, offering them the opportunity to present their products and experiences to travel agents in the UK tourism market.
Your Role
- Identifying and creating a contact list of travel agencies in London.
- Conducting short telephone calls to introduce the workshop and invite them to participate.
- Encouraging interested travel agents to register online through the registration link we will provide.
- Recording the results of each call and maintaining a simple follow-up report.

Assignment Details
The assignment will consist of three separate calling campaigns:
- Mid-September
- Mid-October
- First days of November
Requirements
- Is based in London and has a good understanding of the local travel industry
- Has confidence in telephone communication and B2B outreach
- Is organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Has an interest in tourism, travel trade, and international business connections

Compensation
The total workload is estimated at approximately 26–30 hours across the three campaigns. The compensation for this assignment is £30 per hour.
Payment will be made in three equal installments:
- The first one-third upon completion of the September calling campaign.
- The second one-third upon completion of the October calling campaign.
- The final one-third upon completion of the November calling campaign.
