Pinsent Masons Vario is a leading law firm-backed provider of flexible solutions and our global panel of legal professionals benefit from access to high-quality legal work with our firm and clients in a fully flexible way.
We are now working on a live opportunity and seeking additional contractors with Company Secretarial experience at a variety of levels to join our UK panel to support on various current and upcoming assignments on a contractual basis.
To be considered for a place on our bench, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Upwards of 2 years' company secretarial experience
- Public Sector experience
- Ideally ICSA qualified or working towards qualification
- Experience working in the legal, financial services or professional services industries is advantageous
- Some of our clients are listed on the London Stock Exchange and listed-company experience would be advantageous with these clients in mind, but we also welcome applications from candidates with unlisted company experience
- Based in the United Kingdom, able to work remotely.

Applicants who are successful in securing a place on our bench, will have access to assignments with external clients of Pinsent Masons as well as internally within the firm. Assignments vary in scope and seniority, but typically last at least six months and can suit those looking to work full-time or part-time. Assignments are a combination of those which are performed remotely and those which are undertaken in a hybrid capacity. We see opportunities to support our clients across the UK and would welcome applications nationwide as a result.
