About Youth & Earth
Youth & Earth is a fast-growing longevity supplement brand selling across the UK, EU, and US. We’re scaling quickly, expanding into new markets, transitioning our product range, and building the creative foundation to support global marketing campaigns. Our marketing team is small, which means your work and creativity will genuinely make a difference across our organic feeds and paid marketing campaigns.
About the Role
You'll work directly with the Creative Strategist and Head of Design to bring the brand to life across paid and organic channels, email, ecommerce, events, and B2B, writing copy that is strategically grounded, on-brand, and built to perform.
Your job is to execute briefs with precision, adapt across formats and audiences, and make the work better, not just finished.
This role suits a writer who is as comfortable scripting a short-form paid social hook as they are drafting a weekly newsletter. You understand performance metrics without losing your voice. You can write science-led health copy that feels human, not clinical. And you know the difference between copy that looks good in a deck and copy that actually converts.
The strategy and brand architecture are set before a brief reaches you. Your job is to take that foundation and make the work sharper, faster, and more on-brand.
What You'll Work On
Primary: Email & CRM (~40%)
- Write the weekly newsletters — 8–10 per month — spanning educational content, product campaigns, seasonal moments, and community updates.
- Copy edit lifecycle emails and automated sequences: welcome flows, post-purchase, win-back, and product education drips.
- Write subject lines and preview text with conversion and open rate in mind.
- Produce time-sensitive service and campaign communications as needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- A portfolio that demonstrates range: brand voice, performance copy, email, and long-form — ideally with health, DTC, or ecommerce in the mix.
- An active curiosity about health, wellness, and the science behind the products — you want to understand how something actually works before you write about it.
