OVERVIEW
At Switch Creative, we’re looking for a Midweight Copywriter to work directly with one of the most recognisable names in car rental.
This isn't a traditional agency brief, it's a chance to get under the skin of a global brand, shaping the words that reach millions of customers across campaigns, channels and countries.
You're a writer who thrives on variety. One morning, you're nailing a six-word headline, the next you're crafting a 200-word brochure page that actually makes people want to read it. You know how to shift tone without losing your instinct, and you understand that great copy isn't just well-written, it works.
You'll collaborate closely with designers, adapt your voice across a range of international brand identities, and report directly into the Creative Director. Your ideas won't disappear into a briefing document. They'll see the light of day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
