Influencer Marketing Manager

Job Overview

This role focuses on driving brand growth through strategic influencer partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with influencers who align with the brand’s values and marketing objectives. Working in a hybrid setup, the Influencer Marketing Manager will play a key role in expanding the brand’s reach and fostering authentic collaborations, without the need for travel.

Deliverables

  • Identify and research relevant influencers across multiple platforms to match campaign goals
  • Initiate outreach and build relationships with influencers to secure effective partnerships
  • Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align influencer activities with broader marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, outreach, and contract negotiation
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment; no travel required
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
