The studio bringing you in is an independent creative outfit deliberately built against the traditional agency model - grounded in culture, powered by original creative direction, with a client roster spanning global sportswear, luxury fashion houses and one of the world's largest technology companies. This is work with real craft behind it, from culturally-led campaigns to film.

The Role

You'll lead the strategic thinking on this challenge. That means working with minimal direction to build actionable frameworks - the kind that hold up in a boardroom and survive contact with commercial reality - not aspirational decks that get admired and shelved.

You'll balance brand value against commercial growth, translate the thinking into polished, client-ready presentations, and take those recommendations to senior stakeholders yourself. There's genuine latitude here to shape approach rather than slot into a fixed process, and the direction is yours to own across this 8+ week engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
