Job Description

The role is to assist with the preparation, maintenance and delivery of Audio Visual equipment for our busy hire department. Hire Frequencies Ltd is an established business based in Bounds Green, who specialise in Audio Visual equipment rentals and event production in London and the South of England. Our work includes delivering and installing Audio Visual equipment to Music festivals, live music events, conferences and awards dinners. We also cater for smaller events such as hiring DJ equipment and speakers for weddings and parties. The role may be required to assist, or cover for, other roles within the operation for which full training / support will be given.

This job would suit highly energetic individuals who are physically fit, and are comfortable driving in London whilst dropping equipment to venues across the Capital. On occasions this role will also require carrying out collections in the evening. A basic knowledge of sound systems, DJ equipment and lighting is not essential but will put you in a good position to succeed in this role. The successful candidate will be happy working alone and as part of team, and be able to deal with pressure when we’re busy. They will also have strong communication skills and be able to deliver excellent customer service to a wide range of clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
