Freelance Event Producer
Morpheus Events | Birmingham | Freelance (Paid)
Morpheus Events is looking for a Freelance Event Producer to support the planning and delivery of M3TAMORPHEUS 2026, our flagship live music event celebrating emerging underground artists.
Working closely with the Creative Director, you'll play a key role in bringing the event to life, supporting artist liaison, production planning, and event-day delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with artists in the lead-up to the event
- Coordinate artist logistics and schedules
- Communicate with the venue and suppliers
- Assist with production planning and event documentation
- Support backstage and artist management on the event day
- Help ensure the event runs smoothly from load-in to close

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience working on live music events or shows
- Is organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Can work independently and collaboratively
- Is based in or able to travel to Birmingham
