Join Our Team of Professional Freelance Interpreters!
We are a leading Language Service Provider looking to expand our pool of professional face-to-face interpreters in the Kent area to meet growing client demand. We have an urgent need for interpreters based in or able to travel to the Dartford (DA2) and Gillingham (ME7) areas.
The Opportunity:
- We are seeking skilled interpreters to service pre-booked, on-site appointments for our public and private sector clients.
- This is a freelance role offering flexibility and competitive rates.

We are prioritising recruitment for the following languages:
- Turkish
- Bulgarian
We also welcome applications from interpreters fluent in Hungarian, Arabic, Nepali and other languages in these locations.
What you will do:
- Travel to client locations in the specified areas for face-to-face interpreting assignments.
- Provide accurate and impartial interpretation between English and your native language.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and punctuality for all appointments.
Who we are looking for:
- Full professional proficiency in English and one of the languages listed above.
- Reside in or be willing to travel to the DA2 and ME7 postcodes.
- Experience in professional face-to-face interpreting is essential.
- A recognised interpreting qualification (e.g., DPSI, DPI, Community Interpreting Level 3 or above) is highly desirable.
- Must have the right to work as a freelancer in the UK.
