Empowering Black Communities

Freelance Facilitator

Commitment: Project-based and Flexible

Reporting to: Programmes Manager

Fee: £150 - £250 per day (based on experience)

Location: Remote (with occasional in-person delivery)

Our Vision

To be the Black community’s foremost champion, enabling the systematic development and co-production of equitable opportunities and outcomes for Black people.

Our Mission

We empower people to have the skills, tools, and resources needed to lead, influence, and create the future for themselves and their community.

Introduction

Do it Now Now is an open-innovation organisation committed to the empowerment of Black people through the provision of access to opportunities for social mobility through financial inclusion, entrepreneurship. We bring skilled talent, charities, social entrepreneurs, startup teams, social innovators, investors, and philanthropists together to address social challenges, solve problems, and support the development of under-represented groups and Black communities specifically.

Our belief is that by supporting individuals we are championing the needs of broader and overlapping Black communities, bringing more equity to the existing systems. We do this through a number of projects and initiatives that seek to identify, engage, and significantly support individuals as they seek to solve problems they have experienced in their own communities.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Programme Facilitator to support the delivery of our programmes. As the primary facilitator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the programme is engaging, inclusive, and impactful for participants. You will work closely with participants, critical friends, and the programme team to deliver expert-led training sessions, facilitate group discussions, and foster a collaborative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Delivery:

  • Facilitate cohort training sessions, ensuring content is engaging and tailored to participant needs.
  • Lead thematic group discussions, peer groups, and virtual retreats, fostering collaboration and mutual learning.
  • Ensure all sessions align with the programme's goals and core values.

Participant Engagement:

  • Build strong, supportive relationships with participants to encourage active participation and engagement.
  • Address participant queries and challenges with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support participants in navigating programme components, such as training sessions and group activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
