Role Description

This part-time remote Freelance Asset Management PR role focuses on developing and executing communications strategies for asset management and investment-focused clients. Daily responsibilities include:

The role involves:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with financial and business media
  • Monitoring industry trends
  • Identifying opportunities for client visibility

The individual will collaborate with internal and client-side stakeholders to align messaging with business objectives, support campaign planning, and provide reporting on PR results and market sentiment.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: To interpret financial data, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Communication Skills: For writing, media engagement, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Investments: Understanding of financial markets and investment products.
  • Experience in Asset Management: Familiarity with industry terminology, regulations, and client needs.
  • Foundation in Finance: To support accurate, credible, and compliant PR messaging.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Prior Experience: In financial PR, asset management marketing, or investment communications is highly advantageous.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently, manage deadlines across multiple clients, and operate effectively in a remote, freelance environment.
